Cancellation Policy

Here's our cancellation policy, designed to make sure every pup gets their well-deserved pampering: Give Us a Heads-Up: If you need to cancel or reschedule your dog's massage appointment, please give us a bark at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us plenty of time to rearrange our schedule and make sure another furry friend can take your spot. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: We totally get it – emergencies happen and plans change. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or don't show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged.
