Cancellation Policy

Hey there, fellow pet parent! We understand that things can get pretty ruff sometimes, but when it comes to scheduling your furry friend's massage, we've got to keep things on track. Here's our cancellation policy, designed to make sure every pup gets their well-deserved pampering: Give Us a Heads-Up: If you need to cancel or reschedule your dog's massage appointment, please give us a bark at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us plenty of time to rearrange our schedule and make sure another furry friend can take your spot. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: We totally get it – emergencies happen and plans change. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or don't show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged. We've got to keep things fair for our furry clients and our hardworking team! Emergencies: If there's a real emergency or something unexpected comes up, don't hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible. We're here to help and understand that life with pets can be unpredictable. Paws-itive Vibes Only: While we hate to be paw-ty poopers, repeat late cancellations or no-shows might result in pre-payment requirements for future appointments.
