Non-Therapeutic Massage: The massage provided during this event for your dog is purely recreational and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any medical or therapeutic concerns.*

Veterinary Approval: For regular massage sessions outside of this event, Portland Animal Massage typically requires a thorough health history and veterinary approval to ensure the safety and appropriateness of massage therapy for your dog. These steps are waived for this event only.

Assumption of Risk: By participating in this event, you acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for determining if your dog is suitable for a non-therapeutic massage. If your dog has any known health conditions, behavioral concerns, or sensitivities, you agree to inform Portland Animal Massage staff prior to participation.

Liability Release for Canine Massage: You agree to release and hold harmless Portland Animal Massage and its representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your dog’s participation in this event.

Non-Therapeutic Service: The hand massage provided by Amanda Oberheu, LMT, is intended for relaxation and enjoyment. It is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional therapeutic massage intended to address specific conditions.

Health Disclosure: By participating, you affirm that you do not have any medical conditions or injuries that would make receiving a hand massage unsafe. If you have any concerns, please consult with Amanda prior to the session.
